Terms and Conditions for Participating Sites
1) Your web site must contain content related to teaching or learning English as a second or foreign langauge. Your link to TESOLmax must be placed on a relevant page and the link back from TESOLmax must lead to that same page.
2) You must create a link to TESOLmax before your site will be considered. Submitted sites have 24 hours to establish their link(s) to TESOLmax. The link must be up when we visit in order for your site to be approved. You can add links on as many pages of your site as you like, but one must be on the actual job board/resource page.
3) Don't cheat! TESOLmax lists hits based on "unique visits," so don't bother continually clicking your link yourself. Don't cloak the link or otherwise try to deceive your site's users into clicking it, either. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any site's listing for any reason. With that in mind, we won't even bother listing all the possible ways there are to trick users or cheat the process - just don't!
4) Only link to TESOLmax using the provided button or applicable text-based links. Applicable text-based links are phrases like "We're a Top Job Board" or "Top ESL/EFL Resources." You can choose the exact text, but if you decide to change it after your initial approval you must inform us by email. Do not create your own buttons.
5) You can discontinue your participation at any time. Email us at admin@tesolmax.com and we will remove your link within 24 hours.
6)Email-based links from newsletters are now permitted.
7) Make sure the title of your link accurate. It should be the name of your site, or of the particiular page of your site that you are listing. Misleading titles will be edited before being included.
8) Make sure the description of your site is accurate. Misleading descriptions designed to increase click-throughs are unacceptable.
9) Job boards which exclusively list positions available through a single recruiting company will not be listed as "Job Boards." Sign-up under "Recruiters" instead.
10) Sites that fail to send any traffic to TESOLmax for 60 days will be automatically dropped from the list. Webmasters can re-apply if they so choose.
11) Site statistics are no longer reset weekly. TESOLmax ranks sites based on four day averages of traffic delivered. That means that new sites will be on even ground with existing sites within four days of joining TESOLmax. Stat resets are not required.
12) These Terms and Conditions are subject to change, though we'll always to our best to notify particapating webmasters in advance.
